Atmospheric, sunny and detached house with veranda for up to four people and a dog, near the center of Bergen
You can cycle from Huize Nassau to the beach of Bergen aan Zee or to the center of Alkmaar within 20 minutes. Huize Nassau is a 1930s detached house at a four-minute walk to the center of cozy Bergen. The house has two bedrooms, a new bathroom with rain shower and toilet, luxury kitchen, separate toilet, carport, spacious enclosed garden with pond (with mesh), veranda and two parking spaces on site. The en-suite living room is attractively furnished with a dining table for six people in the front room, a television in the middle room, a spacious sofa and two separate chairs and in the back room you have a wonderful view of the garden and this space can be closed off to keep the dog ( and) to sleep at night.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a new bathroom. The red bedroom has a large bed of 2x90x220cm; the mattresses can be adjusted independently of each other. The Delft blue bedroom has a pull-out bed (at the same height) so that you create a bed of 2x80x200cm (2x single bed of 80x200cm). The second floor is private and closed (this is where the owners’ office is located). The beautiful sunny garden has several seating areas. There are two dining tables. One in the sun (four chairs) and one under the veranda (six chairs). There are also two lounge chairs with cushions, a small dining table for two people and two separate chairs. As soon as there is a ray of sunshine (parasol available) you can fully enjoy this garden with pond (shielded with gauze, so that your dog can stay safely in the enclosed garden). In the summer you can lounge in this garden until late at night.
In addition, there is a well-arranged spacious front garden with two private parking spaces for the cars) and you can safely park the bicycles under the carport (behind a lockable gate). We rent this house when the owner goes on vacation. This owner leaves the house in perfect condition for you, so that you can fully enjoy a beautiful house in a wonderful location! We provide luxury bed linen and towels. The best composition of your group is four adults and a maximum of 2 dogs (after consultation).
